Google Form was awesome!
At first I didn't what I was doing, then I figured out it was just a simple way to create a quiz and get quick results.
I created a Soccer Quiz that I would give to my Physical Education class after the Unit was complete.
It has basic questions about rules and skills and also to get feedback about the students felt about Soccer.
After taking the quiz, the results immediatley went to my Spreadsheet. I thought this was amazing, and easy to get the results back quick and ready to grade and see which students enjoyed playing Soccer. (of course I skewed the results in ordered to see how it would appear).
